Birch Hollow Estates is located within the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. This picturesque community has 369 lots, a community clubhouse, playground, and an indoor, in-ground swimming pool.

Here's the latest news you'll want to know....

- the Annual clean-up event scheduled for Saturday April 21 has been postponed to Saturday May 2, due to rain forecast. Please make plans to join us on May 2 from 9-12 to spruce up our clubhouse and grounds. And stay tuned for last minute details.

- 2026 Pool passes will be updated beginning on May 11 at the office. Make sure you bring your 2025 badges to have them validated. And you must be a member in good standing to get pool passes. Pay your dues! Office hours are listed above.

A friendly reminder, when you purchase a home in Birch Hollow Estates, you automatically become a member of the BHE Property Owners Association and with that comes by-laws, covenants, and community shared amenities.

All units in the community shall be used for single family residential purposes only.

Airbnbs and short term rentals are not permitted.
