Birch Hollow Estates is located within the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. This picturesque community has 369 lots, a community clubhouse, playground, and an indoor, in-ground swimming pool.

Adult Swim Hours... Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 9am until noon.

Halloween Fun- On Saturday October 10, we're having a special events for kids, pets, and parents too!

At 1 pm, there will be a costume pet parade at the clubhouse. We will be judging for prettiest, scariest, funniest and most original. Hope to see lots of furry loved ones!

At about 2pm, the party will begin, which gives you time to take your fur babies home. This year, our haunted house is set to terrify and scare All. Bring the kiddos, in their best costumes, to cautiously tip toe through the haunted house gathering their treats. Prizes for scariest, prettiest, funniest, and most original. Parents and Grandparents, we want to see you in your best costumes too. Prize for the best adult costume too. Join us for this terrific event! And if you want to help, we're accepting donations to the Rec committee and baked goods for the guests. Please reply on facebook or call the office if you're planning to come. It helps us plan.

Birch Hollow residents, please join us on the 2nd Wednesday of every other month at the clubhouse for our board meetings. Stay up to date on what's happening, add input, or volunteer in your community! Our next meeting is scheduled for November 11 at 6:30 pm. at the clubhouse.

A friendly reminder, when you purchase a home in Birch Hollow Estates, you automatically become a member of the BHE Property Owners Association and with that comes bi-laws, covenants, and community shared amenities.

All units in the community shall be used for single family residential purposes only.

Airbnbs and short term rentals are not permitted.
