Dear Property Owner,

Welcome to the new season at Birch Hollow Estates! Community meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of every other month. They will be held at the clubhouse(145 Jay Rd). Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 9th, 2025, at 7:30 pm. We hope to see you there! 

This year, the pool will open on Saturday, May 24th, 2025, until Monday, May 26th. It will be closed May 27th-May 30th and will open for the season daily on Saturday, May 31st from 12:30-7:30 pm. Property owners in good standing will receive 8 (eight) badges per household. A day pass may be purchased to be used for that day only, at the cost of $5 per pass. Pool badges are required to use the pool and to come to community events.

Join us for our annual Birch Hollow Day! It will be held on Memorial Day (Monday, May 26th, 2025) and is going to be a full day of fun and games! This is a potluck event so please bring a dish! Sign up with the office if you would like to contribute in any way to Birch Hollow Day! 

Please contact the office with your letter of intent for anyone interested in joining our BHE board of directors. We currently have several seats available, and we welcome new board members! If you are considering joining any of our committees, contact the office today! We can't do it without you!
